Support is the integrated part of all our SaaS or On-premise products. We are providing support to community of users via on-line user guides, video and text tutorials. Each purchased tariff or software license includes support entitlement number (SEN) which allows paying customers to get even more. Everybody who is using our products or services can access free user documentation, tutorial videos and search inside for all user related questions at support.belladati.com. New features and improvements available in product are presented in regular release notes. We are still working for you.

Dev.trgiman.eu for technical insides

Our products are easy to use, but they are also very friendly for developers and integrators because of detailed installation guides and technical documentation. On dev.belladati.com you can find also detailed examples of API and coding tutorials. Did we mention detailed system requirements?

Product customization and integration

We can help if you have special requirements regarding large integration of our product not covered by our support services. Such services are realized via our own dedicated team of professionals or our certified partners. Feel free to contact us.

Workshop and education

Once in a while we are organizing workshops sessions. You can also order workshop tailored to needs of your users. Two kinds of education and workshop sessions are provided: Technical and User oriented. Workshop takes place at our show room office in Prague Marina or via our partners. Call us for pricing.
